The Great Disruption is the topic of a book study and dialogue (in which we all become a living laboratory for the concepts and thinking in Paul’s book) at the Greensboro (NC) Servant Leadership School. We have been persuaded to take the first few chapters slowly and not to read ahead so we can appreciate the despair and not jump to rapidly to what I call hope with rigour i.e. hope based on reality of what is rather than ignoring what is and hope it all goes away by burying our heads in the sand (that we will have more of in the years to come).
